The Delta Police are reporting that "At approximately 9:45 am this morning Delta Police were contacted by a person out walking their dog near Ladner Harbour Park, who reported seeing a body in the water. Delta Police attended to the scene immediately. With the assistance of the Delta Fire Department and the New Westminster Police boat, police were able to recover the body."
