In 1999 Curtis Sliwa was King Neptune beside Queen Latifa who was
the Queen Mermaid in the Coney Island Mermaid parade. Curtis makes
a great King Neptune. He has
a colorful history.
Queen Latifa is ripping it up
on the hit TV series the Equalizer. It's awesome.
