Green Justice endorses Ken Sim and the NPA for Vancouver civic election

Tragically, Ian Campbell, the Hereditary Chief from Squamish First Nation has withdrawn his candidacy for mayor of Vancouver. Vision Vancouver is left with no vision. Even though Mayor Moonbeam was an idiot, I would have endorsed Ian Campbell not the party. Now that he has withdrawn the choice is clear. Green Justice endorses Ken Sim and the NPA.

The Tyee is reporting that "Ken Sim Could be Vancouver’s First Chinese-Canadian Mayor. NPA candidate has heavyweight backing, community support and an uncertain field of competitors."

We've once again come full circle. Politics in BC is tidal. It's a jump to the left, then a step to the right. Let's do the Time Warp Again. Ya see in politics, power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Mayor Moonbeam was an idiot. He was not fiscally responsible. His spending was out of control. Years ago I remember debating with a NPA candidate at First United in the DTES during the Woodward's Squat. They were kicking the homeless out from under bridges and stealing their possession. That was extreme. Sadly we have gone to the other extreme. Harm Reduction has become Harm Promotion and drug overdoses are at record levels.

Although Ken Sim's nationality is not relevant, it would be nice to elect a Chinese mayor for once. Only he's not Chinese, he's Canadian. He was born and raised in Vancouver just like I was. His parents were immigrants. Hard working immigrants.

My daughter's husband is an immigrant. When my daughter told him we only work 40 hours a week in Canada he said only 40 hours? I can get two jobs then. She said no, you're OK. We'll be fine. Immigrants have work ethic. Millennials don't. Yeah I just went there. Immigrants are what makes America great. Unless we're First Nations, we are all immigrants in Canada.

Rachel Notley is a liar and a lunatic

Rachel Notley took out a full page add in a Metro Vancouver Newspaper claiming that "Trans Mountain's delay costs Canadians $40 million every day." That is a bold faced lie. The pipeline already exists. A delay in twinning the pipeline for the tar sands oil that Chicago and Detroit don't want represents a new market not an existing one. It's not our fault Chicago and Detroit kicked Alberta out because of all the petroleum coke byproduct. That pipeline already exists as well.

The delay is Rachel Notley's fault. She single-handedly killed the deal. John Horgan asked how do we control the volume of tar sands oil that passes through BC and our port? She responded by saying you don't. We can send as much as we want whenever we want and you have absolutely no say if we start sending too much for the tanker traffic to handle.

John Horgan asked who pays for the clean up in the event of a spill? Raging Rachel said you do. We won't spend a dime on clean up. That is just bad business. A conservative would have negotiated a fair deal. Raging Rachel did not. Justin Bieber is just as bad because he enabled her insanity by insisting he was going to proceed with the pipeline without our consent.

The full page add represents a bad corporate tactic. The employer comes up with a bad contract and the Union says no. Instead of bargaining in good faith the employer tries to con the members into accepting the bad deal the Union rejected. John Horgan is our bargaining agent. You need to negotiate with him and tell him you will split the cost of clean up and that we can restrict the amount of tar sands oil that flows through the port if the tanker traffic gets too congested.

The newspaper add pretends Raging Rachel is concerned about the welfare of the rest of Canada when she obviously is not. She wants to be able to turn the oil tap off at will to the East and the West to extort the rest of the country for her own gain. She doesn't care about anyone else on the planet. She just pulled out of climate change agreements. She basically said f the world because she is a raging lunatic that needs to be replaced in the next election. Bring someone with a brain to the table next time. Rachel Notley is a lunatic.

Raging Rachel's full page add was paid for with tax dollars. The add complains about the court decision. The court simply pointed out that Kinder Morgan failed to do an environmental assessment of increased tanker traffic in Vancouver's port. They didn't do the assessment because they said our liability ends at the pipeline. Raging Rachel once again wants to con Vancouver into breaking the law so that we can take all the risk and get none of the rewards.



There is absolutely no reason whatsoever Alberta doesn't refine the tar sands bitumen in Alberta and send the refined oil through the existing pipeline to Vancouver. If they refined it in Alberta they could also use the existing pipeline to Chicago and Detroit.

The only reason they won't is because they have no way of getting rid of the petroleum coke byproduct that is created when the tar sands bitumen is refined. Chicago and Detroit finally got rid of their mountains of petroleum coke by shipping it off to India. India won't take it any more because it is even more toxic to burn then coal. We need to figure out what to do with the petcoke. Grind it up and put it in concrete. Make bricks out of it for all I care. It's not freaking radioactive. The point is, if you refine it at source, there is no need for a new pipeline.

There is no emergency. The only emergency is the fact that Rachel Notley is going to lose the upcoming election. That is why she's so frantic. She knows she screwed up and only cares about getting elected. She cares nothing about the environment or anyone else on the planet.

Why Rachel Notley will need an even bigger miracle to win again: "The longer the Alberta NDP are in power, the harder it will be to repeat the shocking victory that won them the province."

Larry Amero denied bail but was he?

Update: After the delay Larry Amero's bail hearing resumed. A month later not a word on the results of that decision. Was he released and the court imposed a publication ban? The delay is concerning. The court need to be accountable to the public who pay their wages.

As of November 16th 2018 it *appears* that he is still in custody and is awaiting the pretrial conference of the conspiracy to commit murder charges although nothing official is in the file. October 24th 2018 the court imposed a Section 517 (1) publication ban on the bail hearing. October 19th 2018 the court imposed a section 648 (1) publication ban jury not present. That means you can't publish evidence submitted in court when the jury ws not present to hear it.

Keith Fraser is reporting that "Larry Amero, who is accused of conspiracy to commit the 2012 murders of rival gangsters Sandip Duhre and Sukh Dhak, appeared in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver Tuesday for the first day of what was expected to be a three-day bail hearing. But the matter was adjourned after the judge was told that Amero’s lawyer had fallen ill. The next court appearance for Amero and his two co-accused, Dean Wiwchar and Rabih “Robby” Alkhalil, is set for Oct. 19." Bail? Wouldn't that be a farce. Flight risk? No kidding. Just like Skelator was.

These aren't just more drug charges. These are murder charges. Dean Wiwchar was a hitman for the Hells Angels. He worked directly for Larry Amero. Just as every murder he committed had to be approved by the local executive, Larry Amero was the one that asked him to commit each murder. Dean also sold drugs for Larry just like Robby Alkhalil did. Robby Alkhalil sold drugs for Larry Amero. The Alkhalil's were in charge of a huge drug network and were also affiliated with the Bacon brothers. Larry and Jonathon attended one of the Alkhalil weddings before they were shot in Kelowna. Robby Alkhalil was also involved with several murders for Larry.

Just as every murder Robby Alkhalil committed had to be approved by the local executive, Larry Amero was the one that asked him to commit each murder. The same goes with Jamie Bacon and the Surrey Six. Jamie didn't orchestrate the Surrey Six, Jonathon Bacon did because Larry Amero asked him to. That is the truth. Larry Amero is not a role model. He is a piece of garbage.

Crosstown residents fed up with crime and violence

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "North False Creek residents fed up with discarded needles, open drug use and what they say is increased violence in their neighbourhood are issuing a desperate plea for help." Open drug use, increased crime and violence. Go figure.

Harm promotion isn't working. Stop it. Treatment is the answer for addiction not promotion.

Remembering 911 for what it was

One of the slogans for Remembrance Day is lest we forget. On the anniversary of 911 it is imparative that we remember it for what it really was. The third tower did not collapse into it's own blueprint at free fall speed due to heat and fire. Local super hero Daryl Dela Cruz was on global today speaking out against LRT in favor of Skytrain for Surrey defying John Horgan, Justin Trudeau and Linda Hepner. God Bless him. On Daryl's twitter he points out that "Another LRT collision in Calgary today. Pedestrian vs train. Over 2 hours of delays/disruption to service."

Daryl is also pointing out that "Peter Fassbender, the former TransLink minister, who thinks SkyTrain would likely be better, is running for Mayor in Langley City." Daryl also pointed out that everyone who showed up at the LRT "celebration" in Surrey worked for the city or for LRT. People who drive cars prefer Skytrain because Skytrian does not impede traffic. LRT SUCKS.

Why we left Surrey First

The Peace Arch News / Surrey Now - Leader is reporting an "exclusive" interview why three of the Surrey First counselors jumped ship. Let's start with Bruce. "Hayne was the first to step off after what he described as a real shift, operationally and philosophically from when Dianne (Watts) was mayor.” Sadly, Bruce isn't being completely honest here.

It is true Linda Hepner's popularity has nosedived due to her arrogant defiance over Hawthrone Park and the LRT plowing a road right through Hjorth Road elementary. That part is true. Tom Gill's popularity is nonexistent especially after he started sharing private text messages with the media. Here's the crutch: Dianne Watts, Linda Hepner and Tom Gill are all connected at the hip.

Surrey First isn't a political party like most others. It is a non profit (yeah right) society run by Dianne Watts and a handful of people she controls. Dianne Watts chose Linda Hepner and Dianne Watts chose Tom Gill over Bruce Hayne. That is a fact. There has been no policy change because Dianne Watts was the author of the original fraud back in Campbell Heights.

Twenty-year Councillor Barbara Steele has been at the root of the problem. From Campbell Heights to the money laundering remix at the Mega Casino, Barbara Steel was there in the front lines defying the public interest every step of the way. Even when Dianne Watts choked at the overwhelming opposition to the Casino Gate on rural land flip, Barbara Steel defiantly drove her new car right over the public will to satisfy her own interests.

Think about it. Rich Coleman is Satan incarnate. Barbara Steele was considering running with him until he decided not to run. That shows you what kind of a person she really is. There isn't a fiber of integrity in her entire body. Her history clearly shows that.

Bruce Haynes didn't support the Casino Fraud Flip but he did support the road through Hawthorne Park. That means the residents don't trust him. Dave Woods left when Tom Gill started rambling about more gun control. That was a wise decision. Tom Gill is a complete idiot. That's why he was chosen to be Dianne Milan's puppet on a string. However, the article states Dave Woods is tormented by his decision to leave Surrey First. Truth be told, the only thing that is tormenting him about it is the fear that he won't get reelected without them. Don't lose any sleep over it. It was a no win situation. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Just ask Judy.

This is why Green Justice supports Doug McCallum for mayor of Surrey. His crime prevention competence is tried tested and proven. There is no argument about that. It's time to Wake up.

Eagles nest protest in Surrey

There was a protest at the site of the eagles nest the city of Surrey destroyed organized by David Hancock from the Hancock Wildlife Foundation. The developer is obviously the prime suspect in the initial vandalism of the tree. Penalties need to be enforced for the violation of the Wildlife Act.

Fatal shooting at Toronto flea market

CBC is reporting that "Toronto police say they have arrested a 16-year-old boy after a 65-year-old man was shot to death at the Toronto West Flea Market. Police identified the victim as flea market employee Rocco Scavetta. He died at the scene."

The Toronto Star is reporting that "Toronto police have arrested a teenager after a man was shot and killed as he tried to stop an attempted robbery at a Toronto flea market Saturday afternoon. Rocco Scavetta, 65, was identified as the victim by Toronto homicide Det. Michelle Campbell late Saturday night. She said he worked at the market. Witnesses said Scavetta was trying to stop a robbery at the time of the shooting, which sent shoppers running out of the crowded area at Old Weston Rd. and St. Clair Ave. W. Scavetta was shot around 3:30 p.m., police said. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene minutes later."

With an name like Rocco Scavetta, one has to wonder if he had affiliations or if it was indeed simply someone trying to stop a robbery. What is a kid going to steal from a flea market? Back in the US crack epidemic, the gangs would hire young offenders to commit crimes because the prison sentences for young offenders were far less than they were for adults.

Fatal collision in Surrey

Global is reporting that "One person is dead after a serious crash in Surrey on Saturday morning. Surrey RCMP Staff Sgt. Duane Honeyman said officers were called just after 8 a.m. to reports of a vehicle on fire on 100th Avenue. Crews arrived to find a two vehicle collision, with both vehicles burning. The driver of one vehicle was rushed to hospital, where he is in critical but stable condition. The driver of the second vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. Honeyman said it’s unclear how the two vehicles ended up colliding, with a median separating traffic travelling in each direction. 'Our traffic services along with our collision investigative team are trying to figure out which vehicle crossed over or exactly what happened prior to the collision itself,' he said."

That the first question I had. How was it a head on collision when there is an island separating trafic. Someone either jumped the meridian or was driving down the wrong side of the street.

Canadian illegally imprisoned in China

There was a rally outside the Chinese consulate in Vancouver today calling for the release of Vancouver resident and Canadian citizen Qian Sun who was unlawfully imprisoned in China for her religious beliefs on February 19th 2017. Like many others, Qian Sun will have a show trial without legal representation to defame her. "Reports detail how she has faced abuse, torture, and recent intense brain washing sessions from March 12-22nd to have her renounce her faith." If she was arrested for any other reason than her religious beliefs, why are they trying to force her to renounce her beliefs in prison like many other political prisoners in China.



Communist China has a long history of clamping down on human rights lawyers. Amnesty international listed 248 activists and human rights lawyers arrested in 2015 alone. The Hong Kong Free Press also reported on China's crackdown on human rights lawyers in 2015.

January 2018 China aid reported that "The lawyers of 40 falsely accused Christians swept up in a province-wide crackdown on a cult received notices announcing they are suspected of illegally defending their clients and that their qualifications will come under the review of the government in China’s southern Yunnan province." According to Communist China, the Falun Gong are a cult. So are Christians, Muslims and Tibetan Buddhists. They're all cults according to the CPC which in their mind justifies their unlawful imprisonment and murder for their organs.



The Globe and Mail reported that Qian Sun's sister has hired and lost 11 lawyers tryng to defend her sister in court against these falee allegations. "Some have been told to drop the case, either directly by authorities or by their own law firms. They have been visited at their homes by police and ordered not to accept media interviews or write about Sun Qian online. One lawyer’s legal licence was cancelled. Another believes he has been placed on a travel security blacklist, since his national identity card often sets off alarms when he passes through security at airports and train stations. Lawyers willing to represent sensitive cases in China have come under harsh pressure from authorities in recent years. Some have been jailed, others have accused police of torturing them and extracting false confessions."

Anastasia Lin, former Miss Vancouver beauty pageant representative made a YouTube video calling for Qian Sun's release. At a May 9 2017 press conference on Parliament Hill former Liberal MP Irwin Cotler said "We call on the Chinese authorities to adhere to the rule of law, which they proclaim they are doing but violating consistently in the matters of Falun Gong practitioners.” Other speakers were Conservative MP Peter Kent, Green Party leader Elizabeth May, NDP MP Cheryl Hardcastle, and Conservative MP Michael Cooper.



The Falun Gong are allowed to practice their faith in Russia but not China.

Alberta is cracking down on the Hells Angels and BC isn't

The Edmonton journal is reporting How Alberta is cracking down on the Hells Angels and the outlaw biker gangs that support them. "Disrupting and dismantling outlaw biker gangs and organized crime in Alberta was one of the founding principles of ALERT when it formed in 2006. And operations like Project Entry are part of the sledgehammer they use against serious crime. It is the approach ALERT chief executive officer Supt. Chad Coles said is necessary. “You have to maintain the course and not take the foot off the gas,” he told Postmedia in January. “To really see results you can’t just make one arrest and say that we are done.”

Unfortunately, that is exactly what the BC Gang Task force did. After the 2012 Kelowna Summer Jam that saw David Giles and Johnny Newcome busted they stopped going after HAs that sell drugs and only went after HA drug dealing rivals. They think helping the Hells Angels maintain a monopoly on the drug trade makes their life easier with less pubic violence. Tell that to Janice Shore and Ashley Machiskinic. Letting anyone have a monoploly on the drug trade is never a good idea. That is why we need a Mollen Commission in BC jut like New York had.

Hells Angel drug dealer ordered to give DNA sample

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that Denis Desputeaux, 24, was sentenced to a 28-month prison term in Quebec for trafficking in cocaine and crystal meth.

"Desputeaux was in Dominican Republic on April 24 when members of the Escouade nationale de répression contre le crime organisé (ENRCO) spread out across Quebec to make arrests in Project Objection, an investigation into drug trafficking networks tied to the biker gang. The arrests began at 5:30 a.m. A little more than more than an hour later, a photo of a police officer dressed in riot gear with a bullet wound to his face was posted on Desputeaux’s Facebook page. The photo was accompanied with a comment “Talk to the police in a language they understand.”"

That wasn't very bright. That was a public threat. Now he has to privide a DNA sample. That's a natural consequence. Another Hells Angels drug dealer selling cocaine and crystal meth.

It's nice to see Laila Yuile still posting on the Site C Dam. I'm been fairly distracted with the local civic election but that is clearly her passion. When a minority government keeps burning bridges with the few supporters it had, that minority government is destined to fall.

Find your balance in life

Life is complicated. So are relationships. We're all busy just trying to make ends meet. Yet busy is good. By the sweat of thy brow thou shalt labour all the days of thy life and in this life ye shall have joy. Hard work is a critical element of joy. There is no happiness or self respect without it. The ability to work isn't a curse, it is a blessing. It is the means of all accomplishment.

Keeping that in mind, not all causes are good. Some causes are distractions. I remember the saying no other success compensates for failure in the home. This is true. Yet there comes a time when everyone must stand on their own and give an account of their own life and their own choices independent of anyone else. We can't blame our choices on others.

Corruption in politics is without question discouraging. Yet politicians start and end wars. Politicians raise and lower taxes. Politicians grant and remove civil liberty. Despite the fact that politicians have the worst reputation on the planet for being dishonest self serving sleazebags, their job is important because it affects so many others. That is why their job is under constant attack by sinister forces that strive to enslave the public physically and financial.

They say circumstances don't make the person, they reveal them to themselves and to the rest of the world. Circumstances have revealed that Linda Hepner and Gregor Robertson are self serving idiots dripping in corruption. Everyone knows that. That's why neither of them are running for reelection. What's so astounding is why on earth John Horgan and Justin Trudeau would spit in Surrey's face and interfere with a local election to defiantly oppose the will of the people. Buying the pipeline was astounding. Supporting the LRT knowing the infrastructure nightmare it will create is pure evil. Putting marginalized kids on a traffic island is just plain wrong.

Consequently, they too will fall like many others before them whose pride defied the public interest. Yet before we jump to another tidal extreme, I will once again make a public appeal for balance and common sense. Not everything John Horgan did was bad. Getting rid of bridge tolls was good. Implementing a neo con mobility tax is not. Lower taxes is better for everyone. That is what creates jobs and fuels the economy. It's a win win situation. The more people who are working, the more tax revenue the government makes.

The NDP have not address organized crime in BC. Nor have they fixed the BC Hydro fraud and I'm not sure Andrew Wilkinson will either. Privatizing everything is not always prudent. That is what created the Hydro disaster in Ontario and in BC. Gordon Campbell privatized the independent power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. As Norm Farrell pointed out, that has created a 5 billion dollar tax fraud the public are going to have to cover. Since we all know that, failing to contract in the independent power brokers makes the current government culpable in that crime. This is why no one trusts any single political party with absolute power. They are all corrupt and they all need to be publicly accountable.

Green Justice does NOT support Steven Pettigrew

The Voice Online is reporting that Steven Pettigrew and Jack Hundial have joined McCallum’s Safe Surrey slate. I don't know Jack other than he's former RCMP. Given the commitment to get rid of the RCMP, I'm not sure having someone from the RCMP is a good idea. Since the slate is already full I would place him as an alternate along with John Gibeau and Adam MacGillivray.

Just to be clear, even though I support Doug McCallum for mayor of Surrey and the Safe Surrey Coalition be advised that I do NOT support Steven Pettigrew for council. There are a multitude of better choices that I do support. Steven Pettigrew was not the leader of the Save Hawthorn Park campaign he was just an eccentric wing nut that started a facebook group.

Steven Pettigrew screwed up the Save Hawthorn Park campaign royally. He regularity censored key information from the facbook group and deliberately sabotaged the court case. Steve withheld key evidence that prevented Roslyn from having standing in court. Had he not withheld that key evidence, she would of had standing and the court case would have been able to proceed. Steve prevented that from happening by withholding evidence.

I passionately support religious freedom. However, Steven Pettigrew is a religious freak. Roslyn Cassells is trustworthy, Steven Pettigrew is not. Look at some of the amazing candidates of stature that have joined the Safe Surrey Coalition. Doug Elford, Bableen Rana, and Dr. Allison Patton. These candidates are credible. Steven Pettigrew is not. Steve is a brain dead idiot not worthy to tie the other candidates shoe laces let alone sit at the same table. If he wasn't such an idiot he'd be an agent provocateur. I don't want to get into it but I will be clear that Steve does NOT have my support at all. Just sayin. Rina Gill has the integrity to sit at the same table as the other candidates not Steven Pettigrew. Steve just doesn't have what it takes.

B.C. government sues pharmaceutical companies over opioid crisis - Fraser Health Update

Global is reporting that "B.C. has filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against dozens of pharmaceutical companies for costs associated with the opioid crisis. B.C. Attorney-General David Eby alleges the companies intentionally misled the public about the safety of the opioids they manufacture." This isn't a red herring specifically. It's more of displaced aggression.

If someone sells fentanyl on the street or laces other drugs with fentanyl, that's not the pharmaceutical companies fault. Before fentanyl, when people were selling Oxycontin on the street, that wasn't the pharmaceutical companies fault. Unlike fentanyl, people were knowingly buying Oxycontin on the black market. The drug dealers are the ones that should be sued.

This kind of lawsuit is more applicable in the United States. In the US doctors are over prescribing painkillers to patients who become addicted to them then turn to heroin on the street because they don't have a drug plan and can't afford the prescription drugs. That's not happening to the same extent in Canada. Here people were getting a fraudulent oxy prescription and then selling the tablets on the street to addicts.

Who can we sue? Rick Coleman and the BC Liberals for getting rid of the OMGU and dispersing the GTF after the huge Hells Angel busts in Kelowna. They are criminally culpable in the rise in drug trafficking that created. Up until recently we could sue the Surrey RCMP for watching the drug dealers sell fentanyl to unsuspecting clients without arresting them.

When the drug dealers on the Surrey strip stared lacing crack with fentanyl which created a tsunami of overdoses, instead of arresting the drug dealers they stood beside them and handed out leaflets saying Warning these drugs could contain fentanyl. AYFKM? You are standing there watching the drug dealers sell fentanyl to unsuspecting clients. That makes you criminal culpable in those deaths and legally liable for them.

Who else can we sue? Fraser Health because promoting heath is the last thing on their agenda. They do the opposite. They promote addiction and thereby support organized crime.

People are too afraid to confront the drug dealers so they kick the cat and make up other excuses. I'm not a pet guy myself but I don't kick cats. I confront the root of the problem. That's because I was trained in New York. That's why Green Justice supports the New York Model.

Knowah Ferguson sentenced for attempted murder of Hells Angel Damion Ryan

A lot of big news stories have pushed some of the smaller stories to the side like the fact that the individuals accused of murdering and dismembering a Canadian Teacher in Taiwan are a former Israeli soldier and a former US Marine. Billy Bowden getting busted again is also big news.

Keith Fraser is reporting that Knowah Ferguson was sentenced for attempted murder of local Hells Angel Damion Ryan who is no longer local. Knowah walked up to him at the food court in the Vancouver airport, put a gun to the back of his head and pulled the trigger. The only thing that saved him was the fact that the gun jammed. Pretty lucky. That was enough to make Damion leave town and hide out in Greece since he was previously wounded in a 2010 shooting.

There has been some interesting details come out in the trial that although they fall within the realm of believably, I'm not going to comment on them simply because ever since Blaze started cooperating with the police we have had a huge problem with Hells Angel associates lying in court about the UN. There had to be a reason Damion Ryan was targeted other than the fact that he was simply a member of the Hells Angels. He had to have done something specific.

The Star reported that the UN was fighting with the Wolf Pack at the time. If Damion Ryan was associated with the cub pack that would make perfect sense. No one in Surrey likes or respects the cub pack. Aside form being idiots, they were tied to the Bacon trash and the Surrey Six.

The cub pack has a long history of co operating with the police so they don't have to go to prison. The police assisting the cub pack's drug trade in Surrey is an abomination.

Damion Ryan became a member of the Ontario Village Idiots until the Quebec brothers disbanded them. Kim Bolan reported that Damion Ryan is now living in Greece where the Edmonton scum bags ganged up on a local father and beat him to death.
