SNC-Lavalin shares fall on news foreign bribery case will go to court - Stop the gravy train! No LRT in Surrey

CBC is reporting that "Shares in Canadian engineering giant SNC-Lavalin fell to their lowest level in more than two years after the company revealed the federal government has decided it won't let the company settle allegations of foreign bribery out of court."

"The company has had the legal cloud hanging over its head since 2015, stemming from allegations that some of its former employees paid bribes to officials in Libya to influence government decisions and win contracts prior to 2012. The RCMP alleges that between 2001 and 2012, the company paid almost $48 million in bribes and defrauded various other entities of almost $130 million." This is just one case of many SNC-Lavalin has been involved with.

This ties in directly with the Surrey LRT Fraud. The Director of South of Fraser Rapid Transit at TransLink is Stephan Mehr. Before that he worked over 22 years with SNC-Lavalin the dirtiest construction company on the planet that is still in court facing fraud and corruption charges.

In 2017 SNC Lavalin agreed to repay Quebec municipalities for contracts obtained through fraudulent tactics. SNC-Lavalin was charged with offering bribes worth $47.7 million to officials in Libya. They are also alleged to have defrauded various Libyan public agencies of approximately $129.8 million. SNC-Lavalin agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle a corruption case filed by the African Development Bank for ordering illicit payments to public officials to secure contracts.

Criminal charges against Arthur Porter, the man accused of committing what Quebec authorities described as the biggest corruption fraud in Canada’s history, were officially abandoned, two years after his death in a Panama prison. Porter was charged with fraud and breach of trust with regards to a hospital built by SNC-Lavalin in Montreal. The list goes on...

Global and the Financial Times has picked up on the story. This is the pattern that keeps repeating itself over and over again. SNC-Lavalin bribes politicians to get government contracts then defrauds taxpayers for much more than the bribe cost them and the work is worth. They make a huge profit from tax fraud. Here's the reason why they keep getting away with it:

Global is reporting that the wealth management spin doctors claim "Should SNC be found guilty, it could be debarred from bidding on Canadian federal work. However, we view this outcome as unlikely, noting (1) SNC has a strong case and (2) we think it is unlikely the government would allow a company employing thousands of people in Canada to fail because of the transgressions of a handful of people.” That is the ultimate lie. It doesn't have a good case. Otherwise they wouldn't keep paying millions of dollars in settlements over and over again.

They were already banned from world contracts for ten years following the company’s misconduct in relation to the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project in Bangladesh, as well as misconduct under another Bank-financed project.. Giving them the contract to the evergreen line was a criminal act.

The spin doctors claim "we think it is unlikely the government would allow a company employing thousands of people in Canada to fail because of the transgressions of a handful of people." It's not the transgressions of a handful of people. It is their method of operation. Here's the deal. If SNC-Lavalin doesn't build it, someone else in the private sector will. No jobs will be lost. Someone else who isn't so bloody corrupt will put more money in the pockets of taxpayers and employees and less in the pockets of dirty politicians and dirty developers alike.

A Star is Born with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper

I just saw A Star is Born with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. It is profound. I've never been a Lady Gaga fan but I might be mixing her up with Madonna. All the trashy disco sh*t is beyond me. Sex sells and that's what the mob wants so that's what the mob gets. Only I'm not the mob.

However, her performance with Bradley Cooper in A Star is Born was magnificent. As Lady Gaga said in a recent interview the character she plays is very raw and real. She reveals herself without make up and lets her raw talent shine. I have to admit there are some things in Bradley Cooper's character that I can relate to. I'm not a drunk. I had good parents and I don't struggle with drug addiction. Yet I can relate to his desire to be real and say what you have to say.

I don't share his demons and I don't share his conclusions. If anyone is struggling with addiction it will inspire you to get clean. Or at least it should. Never mind the Notebook, this movie will rip your heart out. It will make a grown man cry. In that recent interview Lady Gaga said playing that character changed her. That's the type of movie it is. Well done. Mad harsh respect.

The Fall of the UFC

I wasn't going to comment on this but since I have been asked, I will state the obvious. Conor McGregor is a POS. He is an embarrassment to the Holy Land. His racist insults consistently cross the line. I have already stated that I will not watch him fight again. I stand by that statement. Dana White claims he is shocked and upset by the brawl after the match and that is a bold faced lie. If he didn't condone that kind of crap he wouldn't have let McGregor back. The whole BS brawl was a dirty scum bag's attempt at creating controversy for a rematch. I'm sorry but I'm not watching that either. The cheap trash is too much for me to stomach.

The Fall of the UFC and the rise of Bellator. Those aren't lightweights.

Without the darkness the light would not shine

We've talked about Casting shadows on the Horizon. We've talked about leaning towards Buddha and being comfortable in your own skin. Today I'm going to talk about Desiderata again from the perspective of light and darkness. Yin and yang remixed.

Without darkness we would not know what light is. Without the night sky, we wouldn't be able to see the stars shine. It's the principle of yin and yang. Light and darkness. Good and evil. In the West we see them as opposites in conflict but that is not always the case. In the East they see them as compliments like male and female. Which re-instills the absurdity of the new NDP elementary school curriculum that tells young kids there's no such thing as gender.

Good and evil does exist. We can be influenced by one or the other but the bottom line is that we are free to chose between the two. We are responsible for our own choices and what we do in life echos in eternity. When darkness rises, light shines. Peace.

Doug Ford's carbon tax tour

Tweedle Dee visited Jason Kenney of the UPC in Alberta to rally opposition to the carbon tax. I didn't think he'd be visiting the wicked witch of the west on that visit. OK so let's put this into perspective. Green Justice opposes the carbon tax because it is just another tax grab. Politicians stay up late at night trying to think up new ways to tax people. Then some neocon had a brainstorm. We'll call it a carbon tax. That way all the environmentalists will support it. What a scam that is. Conning the people into supporting a rise in taxes. It's actually quite funny.

I don't share Jason Kenney's idol worship of Doug Ford but I do oppose the carbon tax. However, once again we need to use common sense to balance the extremes. Setting the hype aside, polluting the environment indiscriminately is not a good thing. Importing PCP to dump in Canada is not a good thing. Exporting coal out of the Surrey docks is not a good thing. Natural gas is cleaner burning than coal. That is common sense.

Recently Jason Kenney declared war on the green left and I want to make a call to order. You can declare war on the alt left and the alt right. I'm fine with that but don't declare war on the environment. Green Justice supports business. Sustainable business. Rachel Notley has come across to the rest of the world as a raging lunatic. She insists that she will pollute the entire planet and no one can stop her. Why don't you mine asbestos while you're at it. That's not very progressive thinking. Protecting the environment is like avoiding unnecessary debt. Justin Trudeau's unlimited credit card spending is not sustainable. Neither is excessive pollution.

I'm not saying everyone should ride their bicycles to work. Mayor Moonbeam's desire to ban all cars from Vancouver is insane. I'm saying we should strive for sustainability and strive to avoid excessive pollution wherever possible. Like I said, natural gas is better than coal.

Recently everyone is kissing each others ass over the decision to go ahead with LGN out of Kitimat. I'm kinda shocked. I support natural gas but they just announced that instead of twinning an existing pipeline they are going to cut a new pipeline through an old growth forest and all the environmentalists are cheering at their victory. Did I miss something?

If they are going to clear cut a new pipeline to Kitimat, they might as well twin it while they are at it. That would be cost effective. The problem with Kitimat was and is, navigating tankers in to that harbour. It's not a clear passage. They have to navigate numerous islands in the Douglas Channel. There are risks involved. Would that be better than increased tanker traffic in Vancouver? Perhaps. It's always a trade off. Just fix the price of gas in Vancouver.

I will say Kinder Morgan is better than Enbridge. Enbridge has a horrible reputation for leaking pipelines in the US. Kinder Morgan is owned by Texas. Enbridge is owned by Communist China. Do the math. Green Justice supports Jason Kenney over Rachel Notley. Let's just leave the alt right and the alt left behind so we can balance the extremes and find peace of mind with lower taxes for everyone that allows for a vibrant economy to prosper. Peace.

BTW Privatizing Hydro will not fix the problem. That's what caused the problem. Contracting in that work will fix the problem. It's got nothing to do with left or right. It's just common sense.

Fatal shootings in Mission and Chilliwack, Targeted hit in East Vancouver, body found in Richmond

Anything can happen in a New York minute. The Peace Arch News is reporting that "One man is dead after a shooting incident in the parking lot of the Junction Mall in Mission. Mission RCMP and IHIT are on scene but few details have been released. The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3 near the SilverCity Mission Cinemas. RCMP have confirmed that shots were fired, and a man is deceased, but the investigation is still in the early stages and no other information is being released at this time. The suspect is not in custody."

"One witness at the scene said he heard four loud shots and then saw a vehicle quickly drive away. According to the witness, the vehicle then circled back towards the original shooting scene, a gun could be seen sticking out of the window, and three more shots rang out."

Update: The Chilliwack Progress is reporting that the Mission victim was Varinderpal Gill, 19 and was involved in the gang conflict. A Honda Pilot SUV was set on fire shortly after the shooting.

Targeted shooting in East Vancouver

BC Local News is reporting that "Vancouver police say a man is seriously injured after a targeted late-night shooting in the Downtown Eastside Wednesday. Officers received several 911 calls about shots fired near Carrall Street and East Pender around 11 p.m. When they arrived, police found a 46-year-old Vancouver man who had been shot. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries. No arrests have been reported." That's edging towards Chinatown.

Woman's body found in Richmond

The Richmond News is reporting that "Homicide investigators have been called in after a woman’s body was found in a Richmond city centre home in the early hours of Thursday. Shortly after midnight, Richmond RCMP was called to an older-style, detached home on the south-west corner of Westminster Highway and Minoru Boulevard for the discovery of a body. The body, according to police, is that of a deceased female and her death is considered as suspicious."

Update: CBC is reporting that the woman has been identified as Aspen Pallot, 19. Solaris Onatta Running Dey, 23, was arrested nearby shortly after her body was discovered and has been charged with manslaughter. Weird. The kid looks like a nerd from Big Bang theory. .

Fatal shooting in Chilliwack

The Chilliwack is reporting that "One person is dead following a shooting in the Yale Road and Menzies area of Chilliwack Thursday afternoon. The homicide teams have been called in to investigate the shooting, which happend around 2:20 p.m." Sh*t be cray yo.

Update: CBC is reporting that the Chilliwack victim was Kyle Cromarty, 27.

Shots fired in South Surrey

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "Surrey RCMP is investigating reports of shots fired overnight in South Surrey. Police say there were multiple reports of shots being fired in the 3300-block of 194 Street at approximately 1 a.m. Friday (Oct. 5)." Once again, I object to the new digital encrypted radios the police are using to go off the grid from Scan BC. Now we only hear what they want to tell us. It is not good for democracy or public accountability.

Green Justice is Back Online

As I previously mentioned, the Greenjustice.ca website was hacked and the entire server crashed so I changed servers. It's now back online so it is. Let's get ready to rumble.... Oct 20th - face it.

Not surprisingly, Roslyn Cassells' web site was also hacked but is now up and running on a new server in time for the election. No lie can live forever because truth crushed to the earth will rise again so it will. Dirty tricks from dirty rats can slow us down but they can't stop us. Word.

Surrey Mayor Candidate's Debate

Update: A slight correction on our Green Justice endorsement. The Peace Arch News and the Voice Online both reported that Brenda Locke and Mandeep Nagra both joined McCallum’s Safe Surrey Coalition. Beau Simpson and Justin Thind ran last year but aren't running this year. Brenda Locke is a former MLA in Surrey. Mandeep Nagra is concerned about drugs and gang violence and also prefers Skytrain over LRT. That's good enough for me.

Victoria Police Chief fired for misconduct

First we heard that suspended Victoria Police Chief Frank Elsner resigned but unlike in Jim Browns case, the disciplinary hearing continued after he resigned. Then we hear that "Although Elsner resigned in May 2017, his service record will now show that he committed eight acts of misconduct under the Police Act which would have resulted in his dismissal from policing."

"Two retired judges acting for the commissioner determined that Elsner committed six acts of discreditable conduct, including three of workplace harassment, one act of deceit and one act of inappropriate use of police equipment. “I have concluded that the decisions and discipline proposed by the retired judges are well reasoned and appropriate … Therefore, there is no need to call a public hearing on these matters,” said Lowe. Since his resignation, Elsner has launched a cannabis consulting business - his profile on Linked In says he is principal consultant for UMBRA Strategic Solutions, which provides security consulting to marijuana businesses.

More cop pot. I wonder if he's going to start working for Andy Richards? Does that means cops who sell pot are not allowed to enter the US? Now two local mayors are complaining that the report implicates them by stating "In the report released Sept. 26, Lowe said Helps and Desjardins predetermined the outcome of the internal discipline process from the outset, and set about navigating a course to allow the former chief to remain in his post.”

Frank Elsner is from Sudbury where he "associated with criminals and partied with drug users, bikers, and hookers. He set up elaborate drug deals, disappeared for weeks on end, was involved in a hitman operation, and had multiple aliases." This is an example of an undercover cop who goes undercover not because he hates crime because he covets that life. I do not. There is nothing in that life that appeals to me and I think married cops that go undercover to infiltrate the bikers gangs because they covet that lifestyle are trash.

Liberals defeated in Quebec

Global is reporting that "François Legault’s Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ) will form the next majority government in Quebec. This historic election marks a first victory for the party and a stunning defeat for the Liberals." A little je me souviens à nos frères au Québec.

Surrey RCMP investigating voter fraud. Not.

CBC is reporting that "Surrey's chief election officer says he has "sufficient cause to suspect illegal activity" around the mail ballot process in the leadup to the Oct. 20 municipal election. Anthony Capuccinello Iraci confirmed the RCMP is investigating allegations of voter fraud, but said it was too early in the voting process for any harm to have been done."

Investigated by the RCMP. Yeah right. Like that's not a conflict of interest. The RCMP aren't going to charge Tom Gill because they want him to win since Doug McCallum will be getting rid of he RCMP. Having the RCMP investigate the mater is a complete conflict of interest. They won't charge Tom Gill any more than they charged Christy Clark in BC Rail. As soon as the BC Liberals renewed the RCMP contract the money laundering charges were dropped. So the voter fraud was within the South Asian community and it wasn't Rajesh. Gee, I wonder who that leaves.

On that note, Jas Rehal is a d*ck. The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that "Surrey removing 200 election signs near intersections that violate city rules. In Surrey, signs aren’t allowed within 25 meters of intersections." 25 meters of intersections? That is f*cking ridiculous. People have always out election sign at intersections because that is where traffic stop to wait for lights.

Jas Rehal is that baby peacock killing wannabe mall cop. Fire him. BTW I want to press charges for theft. He stole my sign on 88th and King George Hwy and I was not notified.

Edmonton cop leaking intel to the Hells Angels again

CBC is reporting that "An Edmonton police officer has been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation by the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team, city police said Friday. CBC News has learned the female officer, a constable who worked out of downtown division, is suspected of leaking information to a Hells Angels associate. The officer is not in custody." As if it's only her. The EPS has always been compromised. That's why all the HA busts are done by ALERT.

Surrey School Board Candidates

Green Justice is very clear on who they endorse for Mayor and council. I'd like to take the time now to address the candidates for School Trustees. First I'd like to say that anyone on the Surrey First ballot has to go. Their time is done. Putting a road through Hjorth Road elementary is in no one's best interest. Next I'd like to say that I endorse Cindy Dalglish, Charlene Dobie, Mary-Em Waddington and Sonia Andhi of Surrey Students NOW because they are clearly opposed to the road through Hjorth Road elementary. Opposing that is in everyone's best interest.

I endorse Laurae McNally who is an incumbent but she is an independent from Whiterock. She is not a member of Surrey First and is opposed to the road going the road Hjorth Road elementary. I also endorse Lisa Alexis who is an independent. Julia Poole in an independent who is actually an experienced school teacher. Gary Tymoschuk is an incumbent with Surrey First who claims to be oppose to the road through Hjorth Road. That appears to be in conflict with his party. So here are the six Surrey candidates and one Whiterock candidate Green Justice endorses:

Cindy Dalglish - Surrey Students NOW

Charlene Dobie - Surrey Students NOW

Mary-Em Waddington - Surrey Students NOW

Sonia Andhi - Surrey Students NOW

Lisa Alexis - Independent

Julia Poole - Independent

Laurae McNally - Independent for Whiterock

I don't support gender parity. Sometimes the best man for the job isn't a woman. In this case we endorse all women. Who cares? It's the person not the gender we endorse. Having a financial wizard and a former school teacher makes the slate complete. Say goodbye to Surrey First. Give it up for Xena and the Amazon warriors. This is a printable PDF of the endorsement.

On a separate issue, I will now address the new SOGI 123 program for elementary school students. I'm all for equal rights - gay, straight, transgender, it just doesn't matter. However, no one likes religion pushed on them and likewise no one likes alternate lifestyles pushed on them. Gay pride is an oxymoron. Being gay is one thing, being promiscuous is another. Promoting gay promiscuity is just as bad as promoting heterosexual promiscuity. It is cheap and trashy.

Cramming these rainbow crosswalks down our throat is a bit much. If someone is persecuted for their sexual orientation, that is wrong. Likewise if someone is persecuted for their religious beliefs that is also wrong. Both are prohibited under the Canadian Charter of Rights.

Tragically the Supreme Court of Canada just threw away the Canadian Charter of Rights and has discriminated against law school grads from Trinity Western University. Neither the state nor the court has the jurisdiction or the authority to tell me what kind of covenant I can and cannot make. They do not have the right to tell me what I can and cannot believe. That crosses the line.

Recently Doug Ford rose to power in Ontario in response to leftist extremism cramming gender neutrally down young kids throats and the people said enough is enough. Talking about using condoms with high school students is very different then cramming gender neutrality on young elementary school students. This new SOGI 123 program the NDP has come out with is insane. Consensus has fallen. I do not support that. It boils down to confused adults teaching children to be confused. That's just not right. Kids need to feel loved and wanted. They don't need to be pushed into making decisions that will adversely affect them for the rest of their lives. Caitlyn Jenner is to be accepted but he / she is certainly not a role model. Just say'n.

Caitlyn Jenner was a man who became a woman yet still prefers to have sex with women. Do you really think other women will feel comfortable sharing the same washroom with him? I think not. Telling elementary school kids there is no such thing as gender is wrong.

Steven Skinner worked for the Hells Angels and Larry Amero

CBC is reporting that "Colombian authorities say a Nova Scotia man who is awaiting trial for a 2011 murder in Lake Echo, N.S., was allegedly one of the ringleaders of a drug cartel that paid people to smuggle liquid cocaine in their bodies to Canada, the U.S. and Europe."

"The Colombian attorney general's office also says Steven Douglas Skinner murdered an accomplice in that country and then escaped to Venezuela. Skinner was arrested on a beach in Venezuela in 2016 and extradited to Canada, where he is facing a second-degree murder charge in the death of 20-year-old Stacey Adams. Adams was shot dead in the driveway of a home in Lake Echo in 2011. Skinner, from Cole Harbour, fled the province soon after the killing and was on the lam for five years before he was caught in Venezuela."

So Skinner is charged with a murder in NS but he is also accused of murdering an accomplice in Columbia. What Canadian drug dealer was murdered in Columbia around that time? Frederic Lavoie. Frederic Lavoie was murdered and dismembered in Colombia May 12 2014. This appears to be Skinner's accomplice that he murdered in Columbia.

Let's be clear. Skinner is from Nova Scotia and sold drugs for the Hells Angels. Just because I buy drugs from the Hells Angels, that doesn't make me a member of the Hells Angels. If I sell drugs for the Hells Angels and buy cocaine from Mexico, that does not make me a member of the Mexican cartel. If I sell drugs for the Hells Angels and buy cocaine from Columbia, that does not make me a member of a Colombian cartel. Skinner did not work for the Mexican or Colombian cartel. Skinner worked for the Hells Angels. His accomplice was from Quebec.

The drug ring was run by the Hells Angels. This is the same drug ring Larry Amero and Rabih Alkhalil were involved with. So they killed another accomplice two years after they were busted. With friends like that, who needs enemies?

Dark web fentanyl dealer from Kelowna

Kelly Hayes from Global is reporting that "Sting operation uncovers dark web fentanyl dealer in Kelowna." It's all very similar to the Friendly Chemist sting on Silk road.

The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that "At a press conference in Cleveland, Attorney General Jeff Sessions was joined by U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio Justin Herdman and other Justice Department officials who condemned the activities of Kiessling and several others swept up in Operation Darkness Falls.”

“Today’s announcements are a warning to every trafficker, every crooked doctor or pharmacist, and every drug company, every chairman and foreign national and company that puts greed before the lives and health of the American people: this Justice Department will use civil and criminal penalties alike and we will find you, put you in jail, or make you pay,” said Sessions in a press conference at the time.

Unfortunately we know that statement is simply untrue. The CIA have been trafficking cocaine since Vietnam and they have never been charged. Every time they get caught bringing in a ton of cocaine into the US no one is ever charged. Hilary Clinton was the author of Operation Fast and Furious and she was never charged. The US AG at the time stepped down but he was never charged. After Oliver North was convicted of drug trafficking in Iran Contra they made him a Fox News host. Nothing has changed. The real gangsters are the politicians.

Wake up Surrey blows the whistle on election fraud

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "The anti-crime community group Wake Up Surrey has apparently made an official complaint to the RCMP calling for an investigation into alleged election fraud. The group says the complaint centres on alleged fraudulent use of absentee ballots and buying votes.” Why is this not surprising? Global has picked up the story.

CTV covered the story and posted a video of the coverage. Tom Gill is lying again. That is what Surrey Fist does best. I didn't realize they want to steam roll over yet another park. Surrey First has changed Surrey's motto from the City of parks to the City of parking lots.

Not surprisingly the Greenjustice.ca web site has been hacked but the Gangstersout.com web site is still up and running on another server. Welcome to the wild wild west yo.

The Surrey RCMP are not going to charge Tom Gill with election fraud any more than they were going to Charge Christy Clark in BC Rail. The original charges in BC Rail were cocaine trafficking and money laundering tied to the BC Liberals. The BC Liberals were never charged after they renewed the RCMP's contract. Likewise, Surrey First has also cut a deal with the RCMP. That's why their new BC Headquarters is in the Green Timbers clear cut.

The Surrey RCMP don't want Doug McCallum to win the election because he will get rid of the RCMP. However, officers on the ground will. They will have the first crack at joining Surrey's new municipal force and have great opportunities for advancement. It will be a great way for them to get away from the generations of bullying and sexual harassment from RCMP management.

If someone is being threatened to vote for Tom Gill, the solution is simple. Tell them whatever you want but the bottom line is, no one goes in with you when you cast your ballot. No one knows who you actually did vote for. It's a secret ballot. Absentee ballot fraud is serious but that's all the more reason for people to get out there and vote. This one is too important to miss.

The Peace Arch News is also reporting that Elections BC has directed the City of Surrey to take down all the LRT promotion signs they have plastered all over the city until after the election. That is good news. They were using tax dollars to promote their party just like Christy Clark did.

Evidently Surrey First is now using robo calls to promote their fail army.

Give it up for Jaswinder Grewl. He posted a funny video about Surrey First on Twitter and made some interesting observations confirming the fact that Tom Gill pissed off the entire South Asian community by voting for that Mega Casino on rural land flip they all opposed. LL throw back.

Give it up for Brian Young and Daryl Dela Cruz:

Residents criticize Dianne Watts and the LRT

Give it up for Dennis Jensen of Delta who wrote into the paper and said: "Watts criticism welcome Kudos to former Surrey mayor Dianne Watts for criticizing Doug McCallum’s run for mayor of Surrey. Trust me, if I were running for an elected position I would want Watts speaking against me as well - to guarantee me more votes and a possible victory." LOL gone are the days of the mighty Godzilla where speaking out against Dianne Watts hypocrisy was forbidden.

Likewise give it up for Michael Brian of Surrey who wrote in and said "If former Surrey mayor Doug McCallum is serious about scrapping light rail transit, then he definitely has my vote. As far as I’m concerned, the current mayor and council should hang their heads in shame for ignoring their constituents, as the majority of Surrey citizens are not in favour of LRT. I can’t say I blame them. Light rail travels at 30 km/h compared to 80 km/h for SkyTrain. Surely, it makes more sense to extend the SkTrain line to Langley. Let’s elect candidates Oct. 20 who will actually deliver and live up to their campaign promises."

This is how Harold Munro fakes free speech. He runs full page adds pushing Dianne Watts and the LRT then allows individual readers to write in and say I disagree. The paper's propaganda is plastered all over the front page but readers who write in saying they disagree get a few small lines buried in the letters section. It still amounts to propaganda. The paper isn't reporting news it's trying to mold public opinion in accordance with the will of it's corporate advertisers like SNC-Lavalin and the Communist Party of China who recently paid for a full page ad in the local paper.

Surrey Mayor Candidate's Debate

There was a Mayor Candidate's debate in Surrey tonight at the Civic Plaza hotel hosted by the Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association. Bruce Haynes spoke well. He is a good speaker. I wish he would have run for council. He would have made a great mayor next term. I just think Doug McCallum has one important round left. Tom Gill looks and sounds like Mr Rogers when he speaks. It's impossible to take him seriously.

Rajesh is a good guy. I like him. I think he should have run for council first. I don't think he has enough experience to become mayor yet. Imtiaz Popat is a good guy. He spoke about bringing back the interurban railway that Tiller's Folley sang about. That is worth looking at. The rail line already exists. It was done away with by the oil industry. Bringing it back makes sense.

Although my decision was already made beforehand the debate tonight only solidified my decision. I support Doug McCallum for mayor because he is clear and concise on exactly what needs to be done. He supports a safe Surrey so businesses in Newton can thrive and he supports Skytrain over LRT. When he speaks he doesn't sound like a politician. He doesn't sound like a used car salesman trying to sell you a bad deal like Tom Gill does.

When Tom Gill speaks you feel like a wet slime just slithered down your back. When Doug McCallum speaks it feels like Thor energizing his raised gavel then crushing it to the ground with concise precision. I support his policies completely.

Doug McCallum reminds me of Rocky Balboa wanting to go back into the ring to deal with some unfinished business. I sincerely believe he is the one to fix the Surrey First mess at this time. He has one more crucial round left in him to set Surrey back on track for the next generation.

Nevertheless there was a new name at the table who really impressed me - Pauline Greaves. She joined the Proudly Surrey slate. This woman is intelligent. She has a masters degree in criminology. She has a good business mind and a strong sense of inclusion and social justice. Never mind mayor, this woman could be the next premier.

Proudly Surrey supports LRT and I don't but after this election I'd like to see something more from Pauline, Stuart and Adam alike. They all have a bright future ahead of them. My focus in the Surrey election is clear: oppose the LRT and implement the New York Crime Reduction Model so business can thrive through fiscal responsibility and low taxes. Doug McCallum is the one to do it.

Halifax Pimp jailed for trafficking underage girls

The Canadian Press is reporting that "A year and a half after a teenage girl escaped barefoot and crying from his basement, a 34-year-old Nova Scotia man has been sentenced to just under six years in prison for luring and trafficking two underage girls. In a written Nova Scotia Supreme Court ruling released Monday, Justice James Chipman accepted a joint recommendation from lawyers and sentenced Leeanthon Oliver to eight years in prison, less 840 days spent on remand. Oliver made contact with the two girls, both from Pictou County, on separate occasions in early 2017, befriending them online before transporting them to Halifax and forcing them into prostitution." The girls were both 15 years old. This guy is a dirt bag.

Dianne Watts' attack Poodle bullies Bruce Haynes

Dianne Watts' lame duck attack poodle has now targeted Bruce Haynes for saying no to the LRT over Skytrain in support of the residents and the elementary school of marginalized children Surrey First wants to steam roll over. I'm referring to Mike Smyth, Dianne Watts' lapdog, who choked on his sour grapes when Dianne Watts lost against Andrew Wilkinson.

Mike Smyth is pathetic. First he challenges Dough McCallum's record on crime and fiscal responsibility which was flawless in vast contrast to that of Dianne Watts. Now he is attacking Bruce Haynes for flipping on the LRT. Mikey and Little Tommie Tinker need to realize that responding to public outcry is a good thing. Steam rolling over it is not.

Yesterday Bruce Haynes said “I think there’s an overwhelming number of people in Surrey who have not felt that LRT is the technology of choice for them.” Exactly. LRT along 104th will create an infrastructure nightmare. Putting a road right through Hjorth Road Elementary school's playing field is just plain wrong. Refusing to recognize that fact is the very arrogance that has predominated Surrey First throughout their reign of terror and fiscal irresponsibility.

Bruce Haynes flipped on the dirty mega casino on rural land scam when he saw the overwhelming opposition to it. So did Dianne Watts. Changing their position in response to the public outcry was good. Tom Gill didn't. He defiantly steamrolled right over the public outcry and pissed off the entire Sikh community who passionately opposed the project. Tom Gill didn't care. He voted for it regardless. That is a bad precedent.

Surrey First has gone through a complete meltdown. Of the eight councilors, two jumped ship, one is running for mayor and three left and are running on a different slate because they reject Tom Gill's pathetic childishness. That leaves them with two councilors.

Back when Alex Tsakumis was Dianne Watt's attack poodle her theme song was Go Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult. Anyone who opposed Dianne Watts reign of terror was bullied by them including Laila Yuile. Now that Michael Smyth is her new lame duck their new theme song is Three Dressed up as a Nine by BTO. You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. Harold Munro's cheap tabloid of corporate trash is worthless. Tom Gill is is part of the problem. Tommie the Tinker is just a wannabe diva.

Little Tommy Tinker sat upon a clinker and he began to cry...

Another Surrey mayoral candidate wants to pause LRT

Bruce Haynes starts to talk the talk. The Peace arch News is reporting that "Mayoral hopeful Bruce Hayne now says he will “press pause” on phase one of Surrey’s light rail project, if elected. Hayne, a current councillor, previously said he thought it was too late to change gears but told the Now-Leader on Monday that the issue is “too important not to revisit.” SkyTrain is a “better solution for Surrey,” he said, adding that bus rapid transit might be the better option along 104th Avenue from King George Boulevard to 152nd Street." Global is also covering the story.

Bruce Haynes is a good guy. If Dough McCallum wasn't running I would have endorsed Bruce for mayor. I was concerned when he said it was too late to stop the LRT because that was simply untrue. Now he is starting to see the light. Of all the former Surrey First members, Bruce shows the greatest potential for rehabilitation. He opposed the South Surrey Mega Casino on rural land flip when Barbara Steele didn't. Barbra Steele is beyond rehabilitation. I have no problem with Dave Woods. The fact that he left Surrey First over the gun control diversion was a good thing. If Integrity Now were elected, except for Barbara Steel, I would have no problem with that. I mostly endorse the Safe Surrey Coalition because their two fold mandate is clear.

Doug McCallum will stop the LRT in favor of Skytrain and his track record on crime prevention and fiscal responsibility is tried tested and proven. Surrey First has historically been Surrey's Worst when it comes to addressing crime and fiscal responsibility. It's time to move forward.

Metro Vancouver Police step off the grid into the shadows

Evidently this is old news but I just clued into it. October 2017 Global reported that "The Surrey Fire Service has switched to a new encrypted digital radio system and the BC Ambulance Service will soon be doing the same. And that means little information from emergency responder calls, if any, will seep out to the public over the airwaves." They claim “That means the communication is kept secure and out of the hands of other people who may listen to it and monitor it for nefarious purposes that pose a threat for first responders.”

That is a crock of sh*t. The police are paid by the public and need to be publicly accountable. Scan BC ran quite reflectively. The real reason they went off the grid is to hide from the public. I realize the police don't like the press at shooting investigations but the press always stay behind the tape. Now we simply don't hear about shootings. We only hear what they choose to tell us when they feel like telling us. This needs to change. Going off the grid lets them suppress crime statistics. CBC reported on it June 2017.

The reason this came to light is because there was a police incident outside our place last night. Seven cop cars with cops putting on vests walking around with assault rifles drawn. I checked Scan BC to see what was up and it's gone silent. Now we haven't hard a word about it. The public need to be informed about crime in their community. This is Canada not Communism.

Terror Squad murder tied to the Hells Angels

There is no question that the Terror Squad has been terrorizing Saskatoon and that the Terror Squad sells drugs for the Hells Angels. The latest case in the news involves the murder of Dylan Phillips. Shaylin Sutherland-Kaysea admits she is a member of the Terror Squad and that she shot Dylan. The rest of her testimony is full of contradictions.

"During Sutherland-Kayseas’ police interview, she told officers she used the gun to defend herself. A weapon she said she owned, knew was loaded, and had shot before. Whereas she told court she didn't know whose gun it was, if it was even loaded and had never handled it before."

The motivation for the lies is obvious. She is being charged with first degree murder which involves previous intent. She is claiming it wasn't planned so she gets charged with manslaughter instead of first degree murder. She now claims it was a grow rip gone bad and that she was high on crystal meth. If her crew is selling crystal meth it is highly unlikely she is going to steal his pot for her own use. Dylan sold pot.

Trent Southwind plead guilty to manslaughter of Dylan and refused to testify in Shaylin's trial. They did the rip when his parents were home and beat his parent. A guy with a fence board beat Dylan and his parents while the girl had the gun and a third member of the gang was outside at the side of the house. Three gang members were involved. That is a criminal organization.

They stole the drugs from him because he was a rival drug dealer which solidifies prior intent since they are known to use violence to defend turf. "The drug trade is the primary way in their means of making money. Intimidation and violence is used to further that end game." Four years for murder less one third for mandatory statutory release is obscene.

Raylene Sewap is a member of the Terror Squad who was just sentenced to five years for torture and unlawful imprisonement. She cut off a woman's finger for leaving the gang and joining a rival. Her lawyer claimed that Raylene was high on crystal meth and that no other gang members were present but that is simply not true. "Court heard Sewap and fellow Terror Squad members blocked the door so the victim couldn’t leave." The lawyers are counseling their clients to lie.

July 2013 we reported that the Terror Squad was linked to the Hells Angels. Darren Harper was the longtime boss of Saskatoon’s Terror Squad street gang and had links to the Hells Angels, according to parole documents. Darren and his co accused were charged with trafficking cocaine and fentanyl. Darren plead guilty to trafficking cocaine over a two-year period.

BTW there already is a handgun ban in Saskatoon just like there is in Surrey, Toronto and everywhere else in Canada. The problem is that when gang members use an illegal handgun to commit a criminal offense, the court's don't do anything about it. Often the gang member already has a lifetime firearm ban and it's never enforced. Three years for murder is not justice.

Dianne Watts' dirty deeds done dirt cheap

Harold Munro's cheap tabloid of corporate trash has certainly provided some more comic relief. Michael Smyth, Dianne Walt's lapdog who choked on his sour grapes after her defeat against Andrew Wilkinson, is still flogging a dead horse. He claims Ex-mayor Watts rips McCallum. Not. Ex mayor or ex Watts? Watt's isn't even her own name. That's Brian's name and she's divorced. Everything about that snake in the grass was a fraud.

“I don’t think he would serve the city well given the complex challenges facing Surrey,” Watts told me Wednesday. “I had to clean up some of the problems he left when I became mayor." That is absolutely HILARIOUS. Doug McCalum's track record of crime prevention and Dianne Watt's track record of crime promotion speak for themselves. Like my father used to say, you can't con a con. You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. You can't fool us because Surrey is our home. We live here. We know their history.

Doug McCallum was tough on crime, Dianne Watts wasn't. Doug McCallum was fiscally responsible. Dianne Watts wasn't. What kind of crime challenges did Doug McCallum face? Crack houses. Any idea how hard it is to get rid of crack houses? He did it. He evicted them onto the street. I saw it. I was there. I was a letter carrier at the time. The notorious crack houses filled with crime and drug addicted prostitution were evicted by the city. Doug McCallum was successful at addressing crime. Dianne Watts wasn't.

Under Dianne Watts crime in Surrey hit it's peak. Businesses in Newton were complaining about drug dealers selling drugs outside their place of business chasing heir customers away and the city did NOTHING. Residents complained about crime repeatedly only to have those complaints fall on deaf ears. Residents persistently complained about an after hours in Green Timbers while the city did nothing. Residents said what are you going to do? Wait until someone gets killed? That's exactly what they did.

A young girl wrote the mayor complaining about drug related crime in their trailer park. Dianne Watts seized the photo op and said gee it's too bad your landlord rents to criminals. There's nothing we can do about it. For real. I couldn't make this sh*t up. This is Dianne Watts history.

Remember the fall of Dianne Watts and who she is supporting. She is supporting Tom Gill despite the fact that former members of her own party aren't. They certainly don't agree with her about that. Tom Gill is a complete idiot who was bickering in public sharing private text messages with the press like a classless fool. She's still just a three dressed up as a nine.

How about Newton Crime Prevention Super Hero Doug Elford? He doesn't agree with Dianne Watts. He supports Doug McCallum and so do I. The corporate tax and spend gluttons are afraid of Doug McCallum because he is fiscally responsible. Under his leadership their tax and spend play day will come to an end. Lest we forget Campbell Heights and the Fall of Dianne Watts.

It's time for everyone to come together under Doug McCallum. That's Green Justice.

United for Change Surrey

Evidently there is yet another facebook group that opposes Tom Gill and the LRT in Surrey called United for Change Surrey. They have posted a video on their facebook group claiming Tom Gill is in a conflict of interest over the LRT in Surrey. Aren't they all? The Surrey LRT is tied to the SNC-Lavalin Fraud. Now we have Green Justice, Sky Train for Surrey and United for Change Surrey who all oppose the LRT over skytrain. We are all indeed united for change in Surrey.

United for Change Surrey makes a good point. John Horgan and the BC NDP rightfully cancelled the George Massey Tunnel Replacement Fraud after contracts had already been signed by the previous government. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever the Surrey LRT can't be stopped and replaced with Skytrain. People who drive cars prefer Skytrain because Skytrain does not impede traffic. Putting a road through Hjorth Road Elementary is just plain wrong.

I'm all for Skytrain to Newton. Extending Skytrain to Newton makes sense. Making people get off Skytrain and take an LRT the last few stops doesn't make sense. It's stupid.

The NDP lost Laila Yuile's support over the Site C dam. They lost my support over the LRT in Surrey. Their fragile alliance has fallen. Jinny Sims is an arrogant snob.

Huge fish kill on Surrey waterway

CBC is reporting that "Volunteers with the Nicomekl Enhancement Society are sounding the alarm after discharge from a cement plant triggered a mass die-off of fish and crayfish in the Nicomekl River on Sept 14. "The kill was extensive," said NES president and biologist Jim Armstrong. "There were generation of crayfish that were killed off ... literally hundreds. And we went from hundreds of coho fry to zero coho fry."
